The law enforcement agency for the state of Rajasthan in India is "The Rajasthan Police". It has it's headquarters in Jaipur. Recruitment is generally through the RPSC which conducts a state-level examination called Rajasthan Administrative Service/Sub-ordinate Services Exam (RAS). After passing the exam, recruits undergo training at RPA Jaipur and RPTC. They governed by the rules of Rajasthan Service. State Special Branch, Anti Terrorist Squad, Planning and Welfare, Training, Forensic Science laboratory, Crime branch, Rajasthan Armed Constitute, Telecommunications and Traffic Police are the nine organisational units.
