RRB Assistant Loco Pilot 2018 Exam Pattern

Exam pattern plays a very important role for the preparation of exam, so here we are providing a fully described RRB NTPC 2018 Exam Pattern for the preparation. RRB NTPC Exam will be held in two stages that are Preliminary (1st Stage) and Mains (2nd Stage).

*Note - This exam pattern is given as per the last year examination, may be it will change after the notification declaration. Therefore, candidates are suggested to wait till RRB NTPC 2018 Notification declaration.

*Total 75 questions will be asked of 1 mark each.

*60 minutes will be provided.

*0.33 will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Mathematics :- Number System, BODMAS, Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ration and Proportion, Percentages, Mensuration, Time and work, Time and Distance, Simple and compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Square Root, Age Calculations, Calendar & Clock, Pipes & Cistern etc.

General Intelligence and Reasoning :- Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and decision making, Similarities and differences, Analytical reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions etc.

General Science :- The syllabus under this shall cover Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences of 10th standard level

General Awareness on Current Affairs :- Science & Technology, Sports, Culture, Personalities, Economics, Politics and any other subjects of importance.
